Transport services for oil exports

Abstract: The article considers the main approaches to the development of the transport services export system for oil cargo supplies in the current conditions. The analysis of the transport supplies growth of crude oil and petroleum products from Russia to the CIS countries and the Near abroad, as well as the existing issues in the development of the railway network and transport services exports is presented. The need to form a system for exporting transport services for export deliveries of oil cargoes is revealed. The main criteria and approaches to the formation of the transport services export system for export deliveries of oil cargoes on the basis of the existing monopoly and the use of public-private partnership are determined.
