The data on coal mining and production of alternative energy sources is presented; the energy market outlook in China in the near future is considered. China intends to achieve 85% of energy self-sufficiency rate by 2020 year, the share of renewable energy sources to 15%, reduce the share of coal in industrial production up to 62% and increase the use of natural gas to 10%.
