Abstract:
The article examines the issues of national regulation of the digital environment in the BRICS countries. It is claimed that since supranational regulation of the global digital ecosystem is at the stage of formation, the BRICS countries can use the synergistic effect of interaction, extensively participating in the development of world regulation rules, promoting and defending their national and group interests.
