Abstract:
The relevance of the article is caused through development of international economic cooperation on Eurasian space with Russian participation, on the one hand, and with strengthening in the home economy the attention to opening up of Arctic zone, on the other. The purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of foreign economic factor on the example of the Ural sector of the Arctic. It is analyzed, how in this sector the transport-logistic infrastructure, related to foreign trade and international trade transit, develops; how foreign trade cooperation develops; and what influence have these aspects of international economic cooperation on development of the Arctic zone of the Urals.
