Abstract:
The article deals with the implementation of digital changes in the life of the world community and some of their negative consequences. The undoubted positive effects of the digitalization of the world and national economy give rise to new threats and challenges to modern society. At the individual level, the direct consequence of digitalization is the degradation of the social qualities of the individual, as well as the reduction or total disappearance of personal space. The lack of supranational regulation, the priority of national cyber sovereignty, reduce the level of protection of citizens, business, and the state.
