Abstract:
This article is devoted to analyzing the contemporary relations between Albania and Russia in the energy sector, as energy cooperation, especially within the oil and gas sectors, is an important area of economic cooperation. Energy issues invariably play an important role in negotiations between two states, which could lead to disagreements and difficult negotiations over energy relations that provide prospects for mutual benefit. The article analyzes the problems that countries face in the development of this cooperation area. Particular attention is paid to the main obstacles that affect the development and strengthening of relations between Moscow and Tirana. The aim of the study is to analyze the current state of Albanian-Russian energy cooperation and determine its future prospects.
