Abstract: The article deals with the regulation of mutual investment and trade in services obligations under regional trade agreements (RTAS), such as the free trade agreement between China and Switzerland, the Association Agreement between the European Union and Georgia, and the free trade agreement between Turkey and Singapore. The changes and structure of mutual trade in services, as well as mutual investments before and after the conclusion of FTA agreements are analyzed. The suggestions on the application of the studied practices to conclude international agreements on free trade zones with foreign countries for the Republic of Belarus are presented.
