Abstract: The article analyzes global trends in the digital transformation of cross-border healthcare, examines approaches to addressing the issues of enhancing international economic cooperation and cross-institutional healthcare collaboration, accessibility, comfort and efficiency of medical services. Possibilities of using digital big data management systems, digital twin technology, robotics, personalized devices, intergovernmental support for the exchange of impersonal data, digital and linguistic identification of medical terminology, assessing the safety of actions in healthcare systems and integrating interstate services are studied.
