Abstract:
Russia has been consistently liberalizing its foreign trade. The novelties in the currency control legislation that came into force on 1 January 2020 affect the foreign trade contract and its elements. Besides, amendments to articles 15.25 Of the Code of Administrative Offences (CAO) and 193 of the Criminal Code (CC) of the Russian Federation that facilitated liberalization of the currency control should significantly improve foreign trade practices
