Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of bilateral trade between Russia and China. The analysis the changes in exports and imports of the six selected groups - mineral fuels, oil and products of their distillation; wood and wood products; clothing items and accessories to clothing; products made of ferrous metals; instruments and apparatus, their parts and accessories - is presented, as well as Indexes of the Laspeyres and Paasche. Based on the research, the reasons for these changes are identified.
