Abstract:
Òhe article examines the phenomenon of globalization as a theoretical structure studied in different research areas, and as an evolving phenomenon. The study focuses on economic globalization. The new stage of globalization is associated with the transition to the climate economy. In this regard, the role of the government and international organizations in the globalization processes is highlighted. It is concluded that the economy is the core of globalization as a multidimensional process, and it should be considered in political and sociological studies of this phenomenon. A probability-based approach with regard to globalization might enable national governments to determine new areas of foreign economic policy.
