Exports of Russian Engineering Products to Latin America: Current Situation and Prospects

Abstract: The article examines the state of the machine-building industry and markets for machinery and technical products in the key countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the trade cooperation prospects for both foreign and Russian exporters in these markets. The specifics of investment demand, the structure of imports, and the level of competition in each of the countries under consideration are shown. Special attention is paid to the directions of bilateral cooperation with the countries of the region in order to diversify and increase Russian exports of engineering products.
