Abstract: The theme of the scientific and practical conference attracted the attention of specialists. More than a dozen reports were announced. The main attention of the speakers and their supervisors was focused on the topics related to countering anti-Russian sanctions, areas for developing cooperation with China in many important areas of science and industry, ways of developing energy, in particular alternative energy, monetary and financial aspects of modern economic development. Related topics also aroused interest, in particular, the changes in Russia’s gold and foreign exchange reserves, the current state of the market for precious metals that are used in many industries and scientific research, in medicine, and in the production of jewelry. The conference attendees asked the speakers many questions, and as a result, a lively discussion ensued.
