Abstract:
The introduction of digital technologies transforms the operational and business models of international trade companies, allowing them to adapt faster to the digital economy. Companies have to look for solutions for the best combination of talent, technology, processes and the designed digital environment. The speed and stages of achieving digital maturity of an international trade company depends on the ability to embed digital technologies into the company’s DNA, choose an operational and business model, create digital competence centers, combine portfolio management methods with leadership in change management.
