Abstract: The article deals with the regulation and development of the Single Window Digital System (hereinafter - SW) in the EAEU. The subject of the study is the EAEU Digital Single Window System, and the object - the regulatory and financial mechanisms for its modernization. The assessment of the existing legislative framework of this system, the level of readiness of countries to implement SW at the national level is carried out using such scientific methods of research as analysis, synthesis, classification. SW services are directly related to the activities of trade organizations, which reform their own business strategies under digital transformation. In this regard, it seems relevant to conduct a study of existing international legal standards, which may become the basis for the creation of both national SW and a single interstate system. The need for the establishment of institutional monopolies to facilitate further development of the EAEU SW system is emphasized, its development issues are classified, and recommendations for modernizing the existing infrastructure and changes in the legal framework are given.
