Abstract:
Renewable energy sources play an increasingly important role in the modern world. Many countries, including Russia, have announced green growth goals that open up more opportunities for the development of renewable energy. In recent years, the Russian government has also increased its renewable energy funding, indicating a strategic interest in the development of renewable energy sources in the country. However, there are still many obstacles on the way to green energy transition, the implementation of which depends on many internal and external factors.
