Abstract:
International clusters include both common characteristics of a cluster and specific characteristics. The development of innovation clusters at present shows their innovative orientation, and creation and development of innovative clusters is one of the reflections of this process. In the context of digitalization of the economy, digital transformation is an important trend in the development of international clusters. The government plays a special role among the cluster participants. Its approaches to the development of international clusters in different countries have their own specifics. In the conditions of network development of cluster structures, mixed trends are taking place. Realization of the potential opportunities of international clusters is hindered by problems arising between their participants.
