Abstract:
The article analyzes the role of foreign direct investment in the global innovative development and its impact on the economy of different countries. International companies create divisions in foreign countries, produce and sell high-tech products, and contribute to higher economic growth of the host countries. The paper examines trends in foreign direct investment by various industries, analyzes the impact of geopolitical risks and macroeconomic instability on investment dynamics. The role of digitization in the operations of multinational companies is highlighted, as well as their influence on the creation of innovative goods and services, streamlining of global economic relations, and internationalization of innovative activities. Given the current challenges and trends, the innovative activities of multinational companies will continue to affect the global economy and international relations.
