Russia’s Export Potential: Assessing the Readiness of the Constituent Entities to Organize Export Activities

Abstract:
The paper examines the elements of the export ecosystem, proposes an assessment of the region’s export potential based on the quality of the export infrastructure existing in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The author studied individual parameters of the production-economic, transport-logistics, soft ware-organizational and educational-digital environment on the example of 8 regions from each federal district, and then ranked the subjects of the Russian Federation by the quality of their export ecosystem using a scoring system.
