Abstract:
The article provides an overall brief analysis of the implementation of the National project “International Cooperation and Export”, and its component – Federal project “Industrial Export”. It examines the progress of the Federal project “Industrial Export” using the engineering industry as an example and identifies barriers to improving the export potential in this sector of the Russian economy. Based on the goals set for Russia until 2030, and in terms of the Federal project “Industrial Exports”, ways to modernize the National project “International Cooperation and Export” are proposed. Attention is drawn to the development of a service infrastructure abroad to support the growth of machine-building exports, as well as to a gradual transition towards stimulating innovative production through fiscal and financial incentives, including through horizontal cooperation with foreign partners.
