Key Trends in the Development of EAEU Unified Customs and Tariff Regulation

Abstract:
The article defines the concept of the existing mechanism of the unified customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and identifies its disadvantages. The trends in the development of the mechanism under study are established, on the basis of which the degree of trade liberalization of the EAEU member states is assessed and bottlenecks of the unified customs and tariff regulation in terms of the activities of the World Trade Organization and implementation of industrial (import substitution) policy are substantiated.
