Abstract:
The article is devoted to methodical provision for complex assessment of regional foreign economic activity (FEA) under current global challenges. The overall structure of a set of indicators for assessing regional FEA is substantiated, and direct indicators of assessment are revealed in detail. The set of assessment indicators is based on adoption of the marketing mix model to assessing regional FEA. It analyses FEA in terms of product, sales, geography, intermediary and price; takes into account not only exports, but also capital movement, international settlements and logistics; covers regional capital inflows outflows; uses direct and indirect FEA indicators. Direct indicators include both the dynamics of exports and of their commodity and geographic structure, as well as the setting up of factories eligible to export; the sectoral diversity of factories with foreign investment, their level of localization and importance for economy.
