Abstract: The article considers acceleration of integration processes in Uzbekistan and Central Asia, establishment of partnerships with global and Eurasian states. Attention is paid to the investment attractiveness and effectiveness of joint solutions to the issues of economic cooperation in the interests of improving the living standards. The article analyzes the economic growth factors, the institutional framework for economic reforms and modernization, the inflows of foreign direct investment, foreign trade activities. It assesses the trends and prospects for achieving the goals of the Strategy «Uzbekistan – 2030», in particular becoming an upper-middle-income country based on sustainable economic growth driven by foreign trade.
