THE CENSORIAL CONTROL - SUFFICIENT FOR A NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION

Abstract: The object of the present paper is to answer the question regarding the sufficiency of the censorial control for a non-profit organization. In order to answer the question, we studied the specific literature and also the law and we tried to find the specific areas that should be the main objectives of a censorial control. The sufficiency of the censorial control in this case is conditioned by proper objective setting and these have to be none other than those specific for this sector. If the specific objectives are beyond the capacity of censorial control, its sufficiency is threatened.
