ISSUES IN EUROPEAN BUDGETING PROCESS

Abstract:
The paper is a short review of European budget process. It emphasizes the evolution of the sources of funds gathered in the EU budget, the present situation, the stages of budget process and the roles of the EU institutions. It also suggests that the role of European Parliament was growing since the deputies were elected by vote.
