Abstract: The education, the shim and professional mobility interfere in various ways: a high level of education increase the person's shim on the labour market and increases the professional mobility chances; the organization which invest in the employee's training are characterize by a high level of technology, and they focus the investments toward the young employees with a high level of training and they help the professional mobility.
