Camelia Constantinescu-Băeşu

Annales Universitatis Apulensis Series Oeconomica, 2006, vol. 3, issue 8, 13

Abstract: There are great differences among the developed European countries regarding the ways they have obtained a certain economic development, and still there are differences at development level (having in view managerial changes that occurred starting from 1980 in the developed countries such as England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain). The management of European countries displays a series of specific features from one country to the other of the managerial practices used, organizational structures at company level, thus being distinguished by types of existing companies, by cultural, social, economic differences that characterize the European context.
