Issues concerning trade policy of the European Union

Abstract: The paper presents some aspects regarding the main characteristics of the common commercial policy of European Union. Commercial policy expresses all the rules of legal ,administrative, fiscal, budgetary, financial, banking, currency, etc.. adopted by a country or a community of countries in order to stimulate or to restrict foreign trade, according to its own interests. Policy trade is one of the main pillars of EU relations with third countries.
