Abstract: Manager auto-formation is essential for the development of the organization. It is the way towards a successful organization. While endeavouring to improve themselves, managers also raise the efficiency level of the whole organization. Nowadays, organizations depend, for their functioning and surviving, on managerial efficiency and managerial results. Yet managerial efficiency can only be obtained with a certain amount of knowledge. The acquiring and mastering of this certain amount of knowledge is realised not only through gathering information, through studying and through learning but also through gaining practical expertise.
