Abstract: International terrorism has grown rapidly in the years 1960-1971. After a brief period of quietness terrorist violence marks the beginning and end of the 80s. Years 1990-2005 were marked by terrorist events and natural calamities but magnitude are incomparable to those of previous years. Expert contemplates that terrorists will continue to choose targets vulnerable and that their attacks will become more indiscriminate. Terrorism will become a normal method of armed conflict and the general public will be more than ever, a helpless witness to the these terrorist acts.
