Abstract: The article contains analysis of social and economical grounds of counteraction to corruption in public administration of regional development of EU. Efficient actions of public authorities of EU countries in direction of counteraction to corruption in public administration of regional development are highlighted. The main directions of influence and legal regulation of counteraction to corruption in administration of regional development in EU are defined. The analysis of some acts of public administration of regional development of Ukraine dedicated to counteraction and prevention of corruption is given.
