State policy in administrative services

Abstract: The article investigates the activities undertaken at the legislative level for the development of the process of administrative services in Ukraine. The authornoted thaton the way tothe European integrationof the stateneed to passa significant part ofpowers to local governments, to createtransparent conditionsfor theprovision of administrative services, eliminating corruption. The articleattention is stressedon the transferto the local levelof administrativeservices withgreat demandamong residents oflocalities.The author wrote the problems that must be addressed at the state and municipal levels.
