Domestic experience of civilization choice of the state: legal aspect

Abstract: The problem of civilization choice - the way in which the state should develop, the range of human values, which should be the priority of society - to Ukraine was relevant since ancient times. But since the early 90s of the last century it deteriorated against the backdrop obtained independence, polarization of opinion of political elites, instability of the legal system and others. But now the problem of the conditions of hybrid war discretion of the European Community to the full entry of our country to the great family of European states, after all, globalization challenges, takes on special significance. In terms of legal support civilization choice of Ukraine, as a country seeking to join the European traditions, in practice lately done a lot of work. This is confirmed by analysis of the Ukrainian legislation the period 2014-2015 years to implement Agenda EU-Ukraine Association, carried us in this study.
