Abstract: The article reveals the essence of e-government (e-government) as the leading and promising, already well known in the community form implementation of information and communication technologies (IKT) in the work of state and local levels. It is also about the fact that in the near future, new technologies will cover almost all spheres of life; optimization and modernization of public administration will serve to strengthen communication between citizens and the state will contribute to raising the level of confidence in the leadership of the country, and most importantly - significantly facilitate and make transparent the various, sometimes very complex processes of interaction between the two sides.
