The social significance of the subject is increasingly determined by the degree of awareness, serving as the main social wealth, replacing the wayside production of material goods and possession of money. Concluded that the information inequality creates conflicts between people of the same generation, people of different generations, exacerbating social tensions between the population of developed countries and between developed and developing countries.
