Abstract: The article have been analysis the impact of macroeconomic events on the environmental situation in Ukraine. Determined that the macroeconomic and political instability in the country during the reform inefficient tax system, inefficient use of limited funds for public spending are the main obstacles to environmental management. The propositions for conducting environmental and balanced macroeconomic policy. At the present stage in Ukraine not only develops economic incentives for environmental protection, but there is a gradual shift away from this principle. The challenge is to develop a system of economic and financial regulation of environmental safety in Ukraine was carried out in an evolutionary way, relying on existing developments in other countries, based on the real possibilities of the economy. In order to form ecologically balanced macroeconomic policies aimed at improving the environmental and economic effectiveness of social production, ongoing relationships defined the overall policy of the environment and environmental policy. A study of the impact of macroeconomic policies on the environmental situation in Ukraine, it was concluded that the recession caused by the restructuring and adverse macroeconomic policies on the one hand, led to a reduction in pollution, on the other hand - reinforced the risk of man-made disasters, increased operation Natural Resources. Macroeconomic and political instability in the country during the reform inefficient tax system, inefficient use of limited funds for public spending also prevented environmental management. Proposals for environmental and balanced macroeconomic policy is that basic strategy of Ukraine should be stimulating state investments in high-tech industry.
