Abstract:
The basic problems and priorities of the state policy in the sphere of physical culture and sports are analyzed. It analyzes the current economy is the sphere of physical culture and sports of Ukraine, identified a number of contradictions, the main of which can be determined as follows: the changing role of the state in providing vital activity of physical culture and sports organizations; active penetration into the sphere of physical culture and sports market relations; The occurrence of the previously alien to the sphere of the private sector; formation of the market of physical culture and sports services. Formed the methodological basis for the development of sphere of physical culture and sports, the introduction of a legislative framework regulating the sphere of physical culture and sports. The main event for the development of the sphere of physical culture and sports in a market economy. It is proposed to develop and apply economic mechanisms of development of services of physical culture and sports, which should be implemented systematically in the main areas. The first is the establishment of a state-level environment conducive to the development of services sphere of physical culture and sports. The second trend - the efficient management of physical culture and sports movement at the level of regions and enterprises of Ukraine, is a competent distribution of funds allocated for physical culture and sports, to promote the development of the private sector of sports and sports services.
