Abstract: Problem setting the article considers the topic on state management and self-government improvement. It’s goal – to show the role of correctly chosen state management strategy and a mechanism, which directs decisions of vital importance in practical course. It deals with the formation of the whole management system all braches of which should provide reaching the most important goal – subordination of all productive forces of the country to raising living standards of the population. The accent is made on the formation of such a state management system, which would be sensitive to demands and inquiries of the people. The main priority of its activity should be devoted to the service of the people, national interests. The system must became under the peoples control, be transparent and effective and based on scientific principles.
