Abstract: Summarizes the organizational and legal framework of postgraduate education in Ukraine. Reveals the basic tenets of modern leadership concepts postgraduate education. The condition is elaborated scientific approaches to training managers in post-graduate education, ensuring their interaction with the elements of the environment of educational institutions in terms of transformation of public administration in Ukraine.
