Abstract: The article comparing performance transnatsyonalnosti domestic and foreign multinational companies. Among Ukrainian TNC analyzed features transnatsyonalizatsiyi corporations «System Capital Management», «Privat", "Interpipe" compared with the corresponding parameters of foreign companies «Exxon Mobil», «Walmart Stores», «Sinopec Group». Keywords: transnatsionaliztsiya, competition, corporation, measure between nationality investment. The main causes of transnational corporations under the influence of integration and globalization of the world economy. An analysis of the largest multinational corporations and established their success factors. Advantages and disadvantages of foreign direct investment of TNCs as the main form of expanding their activities. The dynamics of sectoral and regional traffic FDI multinationals. The measures to attract investment in TNK Ukraine.
