USE IN PROMOTING PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY CONTROL ACTIVITIES

Abstract: Determined that despite some similarities and close interaction with other means of control to ensure the legality of their orientation to achieve one goal, one can not underestimate the specific role of each of them. With its own peculiarities, speaking different methods of adjusting public relations, bringing them into proper condition, all means of legitimacy only if the harmonic combination capable of most efficiently achieve the set before them objectives of high society. Indicated that control development as a major means of lawfulness in the country is complicated by the lack of a single legislative act that contained a universal administrative and procedural rules for the control of various regulatory entities. It is proved that an integrated approach to research problems principle of legality in securing control activity makes it possible to widely consider it in conjunction with other types of administrative and management activities and identify possible areas and ways of their further development.
