Abstract: The article defines major global crises of the present time and determines managerial mechanisms to overcome them or minimize. Global crisis affecting the vital interests of all humanity, all states, peoples, every inhabitant of the planet, and act as an objective factor in the development of modern civilization, become extremely acute and need efforts of all countries and peoples of the whole international community to overcome them.
