Abstract: The article substantiates the necessity of improving introduction of effective mechanisms of state control and monitoring of educational quality in the Ukrainian higher school at the state level. Are analyzed scientific researches regarding: legal aspects in higher education, ways of improving educational quality, scientific and theoretical principles of monitoring the higher education quality at the state and regional levels. However, in despite of the wide range of the indicated problem’s researches, aloof as scientific object remains the task of studying a certain complex mechanisms of introductions in practical activities the state control and monitoring of the higher school’s educational quality in Ukraine.
