Abstract:
The theoretic, methodological and practical aspects of mechanisms to implement public agrarian policy in the sphere of cooperative development in agrarian sector of Ukraine are highlighted. The possibilities of strengthening interaction between the government and cooperative movement are investigated. The trends of government support for development of service cooperatives are proposed, which will allow to solve many problems as economic and social character, including the problem of unemployment in countryside. The mechanism of effective cooperative development in Ukraine’s agricultural complex was investigated using the analyses and synthesis methods and public administration instruments in the sphere of service infrastructure formation in Ukraine’s agrarian sector were highlighted. Using the economic and statistical methods the dynamics of Ukraine’s cooperative development was valuated.
