Abstract:
In the article is investigated government complex mechanism of national innovation system in Israel. Government complexity novative-innovative sphere and accordingly national innovation system is called political, institutional and economic framework and important actors. Israel’s National Science and Innovation System is characterised by an R&D intensity above EU average and a highly developed Public and Private Sector research infrastructure. 69% of Israel’s GERD is contributed by the Private Sector, who at the same time is the most important performer of research (3.6% of GDP). Israel possesses a well developed and established National Science and Innovation System. In this system, a multitude of actors interact on several levels.
