The content of main social and labor guarantees of scientific-pedagogical workers

Abstract: The views of scientists on the peculiarities of scientific-pedagogical workers` labor have been investigated. The main aspects of current Ukrainian legislation that regulates the issues of providing of scientific-pedagogical workers` social and labor guarantees, rights, liberties and legal interests have been analyzing.
