Direct external challenges to national security of ukraine in foreign policy

Abstract: The article stated that the national system of ensuring national security of Ukraine in foreign policy were not ready to effectively counter the “hybrid war” – a new type of armed aggression. It is noted that the unresolved for a long time acute problems of socio-economic, humanitarian and secure development paved the way for external interference in the Affairs of Ukraine and armed aggression. It is proved that because of the worsening military and political situation in Ukraine the modern system of public administration and national security of Ukraine in foreign policy is in a state test. Contents of direct external calls to the national security of Ukraine in foreign policy in the conditions of military aggression of Russia against Ukraine. It is proved that for a proper response to modern challenges and threats to national security of Ukraine in the conditions of military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, it was necessary to consider the entire range of direct external calls to the national security of Ukraine in foreign policy. The analysis of the content of the direct external calls to the national security of Ukraine in foreign policy under the military aggression of Russian Federation against Ukraine, which demonstrates the urgent need for integration of efforts of scientists of all branches of science, politicians, managers, military experts, volunteers in the active direction of scientific search of new ideas, political and public-management decisions in the context of modern views on the nature, direction, ways and means, ways and methods of protection of national interests in foreign policy immediate challenges and threats to national security of Ukraine on the basis of research-based principles of state management in the sphere of national security and of national security of Ukraine in foreign policy in particular.
