ENTREPRENEURSHIP CREATIVITY’S THREE DIMENSIONS: PERSON, PROCESS AND PRODUCT

Abstract: In this study, It was investigated entrepreneurship and effecting entrepreneurship creativity which is related to entrepreneur personality, creative process and creative product. We find the result of this investigation: Creative entrepreneur’s traits includes “lateral thinking†internal locus of control†, risk taking, remote control, prone to using the right of hemisphere†. “appetitive power of learning†. Creative process is: to find inventions and the idea by chance or to generate and evaluate information internal and external business related to problem, to identify intuitive alternatives, to solve the problem and to implement solution. Creative product or idea is measured by their degree of originality, feasibility or fitness. Product or idea, which changes current paradigm, increases creativity and originality.
