Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to determine the best production alternative of a textile company by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. Analytic Hierarchy Process uses subjective criteria to select best alternative. More specifically, three production alternatives -raw fabric, fabric, curtain- are evaluated with four criteria, profitability, productivity, marketability, availability of raw material. These criterias are evaluated by managers and owner of the company by using pairwise comparison matrices. The results clearly show that the curtain alternative is the best choice for our textile company.
