Abstract:
In this study,using factor analysis, the perspectives of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises’(SMEs), operating in Balikesir Organized Industry Zone, managers towards “Organization†weredescribed. Since SMEs have an important role in countries’export increase, the perspectives of managers are very important. According to the findings, managers’asses the organization from the aspects of the willingness of keeping up with present day, things must be done for efficiency, managing daily routines, organizing according to changes in the future, uncercainty and delayering. According to the results, it is seen that the perspectives of the managers are appropriate for contemporary management requirements. At the same time, it can be said that there are some weaknesses. One of these weaknesses is apparent in delayering. Because, nowadays, organizations are delayaring and they give more importance to the management participation. The weaknesses can be result of local culture, lack of financial resources and management support.
